I offer individualized nutrition therapy to individuals of all ages.

I specialize in the nutritional treatment of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or other specified feeding and eating disorder (OSFED). I also help those with disordered eating which may include restrictive eating or “dieting”, compulsive eating, or irregular or inflexible eating patterns.

I also have passion for helping children and their parents cultivate a nourishing relationship with food and their bodies.

*Currently receiving professional supervision from Reba Sloan, RD, LDN, CIEC who is an Elected Fellow of the Academy of Eating Disorders with over 30 years of experience counseling those with eating disorders.

Discovery Call:

Discovery calls help us both decide if we are going to be a good fit in working together. This short call helps me determine your broad goals, determining if I would be the best dietitian to help you reach those goals.

Length of session: 15 minutes

Full Assessment

During the initial session, we will do a full assessment to get to know you and your individual needs and welcome any questions you may have about our work together. With your permission and comfort level, we will start to explore your past and present relationship with food, body image, health history, and more. We will discuss the type of support you need, both short- and long-term goals, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together.

Length of session: 60-75 minutes

Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are where most of our work takes place. Together, we will explore your relationship with food and body. We will identify individual challenges and ineffective behaviors and work together to develop tools to combat them. We will explore body image in its relationship to food and work on finding the pleasure in eating. You will be supported through the inevitable ups and downs of your journey as you navigate through the discomfort and celebrate your progress.

Length of session: 30 minutes

Insurance: I am not in-network with any insurance providers; however, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to insurance to request reimbursement. I am unable to guarantee reimbursement of services provided.
